CHECK-IN

On the day of arrival, the apartment is generally available between 15-18 hours. Check-in and keys can be picked up at the Éva Pension (Sárvár, Rákóczi Ferenc u. 63.). Early and late check-in is subject to availability, and prior arrangement is always required. A representative of the accommodation provider will be present on site at the time of arrival/departure if required.

REFERENCES

For extra cleaning/cleaning resulting from the improper use of the equipment, we charge an extra fee of HUF 20.000. Equipment must not be taken out of the house. Do not place metal containers in the microwave oven! If you have any problems with the accommodation during your stay, please let us know immediately. We are not able to accept subsequent complaints!

DONATION

Smoking is not allowed in the communal areas of the house or inside the apartments. Permitted 5 metres from the entrance or in a designated area in the courtyard. Smoking inside the building will incur a 20.000 HUF surcharge.

In case of medical assistance or emergency, call 112! A first aid box is located in the entrance.

The heating (during the heating period) can be controlled as required by the thermostat.

CHILD DISCOUNTS, COT, BABY COT, HIGH CHAIR

One of two or more children under 3 years stays free of charge, without extra bed, bed linen and towels. A surcharge of HUF 1000 per night is added for bed linen and towels.

Cots, cots and highchairs are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Baby cot is 1000 HUF/night, baby cot and high chair are free of charge.

PHARMACY

The nearest pharmacies are PatikaPlus Pharmacy in Tesco, Rákóczi u. 83. (Open Mon-Sat: 8-20h, Sun: 8-18h) or BENU Pharmacy, Alkotmány u. 4. (Open Mon-Fri: 8-17h, Sat: 8-12h, Sun: closed).

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the apartment building.

WASTE COLLECTION

Waste is collected separately, so we ask you to please put your municipal waste in the waste bin in the kitchen, and metal, paper, plastic and glass waste separately. When the kitchen bin is full, please place the full bag in the appropriate bin by the gate. A spare bin bag is located under the sink. Please do not leave any rubbish in the apartment upon check-out!

INTERNET

Wireless internet is available free of charge. The password has been added to the apartment.

CHECK-OUT

From Travel on from apartmant 10:30 until please visit to leave. At check-out a key card(s) and a gate remote control casting from Eva in Pension happens. In case of loss or damage to the cards, please. to report it without delay and to reimburse the price of 3.500 HUF. In case of damage or loss of the remote control 5.000 Ft reimbursement is required. Please keep the apartment tidy and clean on departure. do not let unwashed dishes, rubbish and please leave doors and windows closed.

VISITORS

Guests are welcome between 9 and 21 during the day, by prior arrangement with the property.

AIR CONDITIONING

All apartments have air conditioning, which can be used during the summer (from June to the end of September). The device can only be operated with closed windows!

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The apartment is only available for a pre-booked number of guests. The accommodation provider has the right to check, without prior information, that the number of guests staying in the accommodation is the number of persons declared or paid for.

PARKING

The apartment house has a camera-controlled parking lot. One car per apartment is possible. There is space for 4 vehicles in total, please park accordingly! Take care of your own and other people’s vehicles! The gate can be opened with the remote control. Please allow the gate to open fully! closes automatically within 2 minutes. The loophole can be opened with the card.

CLEANING

The apartment will be handed over clean and disinfected. Final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than one week, it includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels and a weekly cleaning. Towels and bath towels are only allowed inside the apartment. Daily cleaning is available upon request and at an extra charge.

LOST AND FOUND

We cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the accommodation and we are unable to keep them.

FIRE SAFETY AND EMERGENCY EXITS

For your own safety, please be aware of fire alarm locations, escape routes and fire safety guidelines. This information can be found on the back of each apartment door.
Fire safety rules:
Activities in the apartments that may cause a fire or explosion are prohibited. No other equipment for heating, heating, cooking, other than the electrical appliances provided, may be brought in or operated. The continued use of faulty electrical equipment is dangerous and you should inform your accommodation provider. In the case of fire, if you find a fire extinguisher in the staircase, call the fire brigade on 105 and then the hostel (+36 30 9398812). Leave the building following the escape route.
